Full Share: $7,100
Half Share: $3,750
Quarter Share: $2,000

Guest Fees
When beds are available, guests may be accommodated by scheduling with the house manager. Unannounced guests will not be permitted. Guest fees will be $80 per evening after shares are sold.
Meal Plan
We will provide a meal plan to consist of dinner on Friday; breakfast, lunch, and dinner for Saturday; breakfast and lunch for Sunday; and snacks throughout the weekend. The idea is that you will pay a small contribution at the beginning of the summer and never again have to worry about grocery shopping...we will do it for you! In addition, savings are guaranteed as the stores and restaurants in Kismet are quite expensive.
We will be eating with you, so trust that we will make every effort to see to it that the meal plan includes food you will WANT to eat on the weekends. We would like the menu planning to be a collaborative effort, so we will ask each of you in our pre-summer meetings to suggest a meal. In addition, reasonable special requests will be accommodated if brought to the house manager by Wednesday before each weekend.
The mandatory food and beverage plan will be about $35 per weekend.
