House Rules
I hate to even include this section, but I suppose in order for 10 people to live together peacefully there has to be a couple of ground rules. In the spirit of Fire Island's minimalism, I will try to keep this as brief as possible!

Smoking Policy Similar to New York's smoking policy, there will be no cigarette smoking indoors. We will provide ashtrays on the decks for your convenience. |

Midweek Policy We would like shares to take advantage of the house during the week within reason and when it is available. Shares will have the option to arrive at the house on the Monday before their weekends provided that they first schedule with the house manager. Please note that unscheduled visitors will not be admitted. All midweek visits will be offered on a first-come-first-serve basis with priority given to those whose weekend falls after the week in question. Holiday weeks such as July 4th should be scheduled early to ensure availability. |
